 
New Jersey Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens, who are 18 years of age or older, and residents of the state for at least 30 days prior to the election, are eligible to register to vote in New Jersey. To register, complete and return a voter registration application card, available at libraries, municipal clerk's offices, Department of Motor Vehicles or any public assistance agency. Completed applications must be returned to the Secretary of State's office. For a complete list of other location where applications are available, contact the Elections Division at 609/292-3760. Also, if you have not voted in any election in the last four years, or if you have moved more than 30 days prior to an election, you must re-register.

New Mexico Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age and residents of New Mexico are eligible to register to vote. You can register to vote by mail or in person. To register in person, appear before your county clerk, whose office is usually located at your county courthouse. To register by mail, complete and return a voter registration form, which are available at public libraries, Department of Motor Vehicles, state public services, such as WIC offices, and various other state agencies. You can also register to vote in person at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

North Carolina Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age and residents of the state for at least 30 days, is eligible to register to vote in North Carolina. To register, appear in person at your County Elections Office, usually located at your county courthouse or city hall. You can also register to vote by mail. Just pick up and return a mail-in voter registration form at your local public library, public service agency or high school. North Carolina also allows its residents the opportunity to register to vote at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

North Dakota Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All residents of North Dakota who are 18 years old and have been a resident of the state for 30 days are eligible to vote. There are no voter registration procedures or deadlines in North Dakota. Residents must simply show up at the polls on Election Day with valid identification.

Ohio Voter Registration and Participation Info
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age, and have been residents of the state for at least 30 days prior to the election are eligible to register to vote in Ohio. To register, you may appear in person at any county Board of Elections, the Secretary of State's Office, branch registration office, public high school or vocational school, Department of Motor Vehicles, or any state agency which deals with the public. You may also register via mail by requesting a registration form from your board of Elections office or the Secretary of State. After completing the form, return it to the Board of Elections by mail. Registration forms must be received by the Board of Elections office or the Secretary of State's office 30 days before an election.

Oklahoma Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the state are eligible to register to vote in Oklahoma. To register in person, appear at the office of the county Election Board, visit any voter registrar in the county or go to the Tag Agent's office. To obtain mail-in voter registration forms, contact the County Election Board of your local county. Oklahoma also allows its residents the opportunity to register to vote at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Oregon Voter Registration and Participation Info
Any United States citizen, who is 18 years of age and a resident of Oregon, is eligible to register to vote. Qualified residents may register to vote in the following three convenient ways: (1) in person at the county elections office, (2) through mail in registration cards, or (3) qualified residents may register in person at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Mail-in registration cards may be obtained at various state agencies, some banks and post offices.

Pennsylvania Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age, and have lived in the state for at least 30 days prior to an election are eligible to register to vote in Pennsylvania. To register, you may appear in person at your County Court House. You may also register via mail by obtaining an official mail registration application, which is available at the County Court House, most post offices, public libraries, party committees and from the League of Women Voters. Send the completed application to the County Registration Commission, which will send you a notice that your application has been received and is being processed. If you don't receive the notice within 10 days from the day the application is sent, contact your County Registration Commission. After the application is processed, you will be sent a voter identification card.

Rhode Island Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who will be 18 years of age by the election and residents of the state may register to vote. To register, appear in person at your Board of Canvassers Office (usually located at your city/town hall), the Department of Motor Vehicles or an outside registration agent. Mail-in voter registration cards may only be obtained from the local Board of Canvassers.

South Carolina Voter Registration and Participation Info:
All U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age and residents of South Carolina are eligible to register to vote. You may register by mail or in person by contacting the County Board of Voter Registration, located at the courthouse, during normal business hours. Some counties allow you to register at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Call your local DMV to check if they offer this service.
