How You Can Help the WLPA

There are still many areas where Witchcraft is misunderstood or misrepresented. The WLPA needs people who are willing to correct misinformation and misrepresentation. We need people who can watch the media for sources of misinformation and misrepresentation and alert us, so that we can work as a unified group to dispel them. The WLPA works through letter writing, interviews, and other public service methods to inform and educate the public.

IRPs (Information Resource People) are people, from all over the world, who aid us in research, serve as our eyes in all areas (to alert us to misinformation), are willing to stand up for their religion, and are willing to represent their religion in the most proper light before the media. Our IRPs also serve as contact people to help those interested in Witchcraft network with other like minded people.

The WLPA and the IRPs maintain and promote tolerance for all traditions and non-traditions of Witchcraft, thereby bringing these diverse groups together as a united front of individuals working toward the same goal.

So if you are...

18 years of age or older,

Public about your religion,

Willing to appear in the media,

Willing to help network and unite Witches,

Able to promote and practice tolerance,

Willing to research many areas of information,

A member of the WLPA for at least one year,

then you can help us achieve this goal. Please mail your IRP Application to the WLPA p.o.box in Salem. Please mark your applcation attn: IRP Coordinator.

If you can't answer yes to all of the questions, or can't be an IRP because of the commitment, there is still a way to help. You can become a member of the WLPA. Your membership donation will aid us in supporting these causes.
